About the Role
We are urgently recruiting a reliable, hard-working General Site Labourer for an immediate start (today or tomorrow morning) on a commercial construction project in Tonbridge.
This role offers a guaranteed 45 hours per week (7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday) with steady, ongoing work and weekly pay.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting site trades (bricklayers, carpenters, ground workers) with daily tasks.
Unloading delivery vehicles and safely distribution materials across site.
Sweeping work zones, clearing construction debris, and maintaining recycling skips.
Keeping access routes, stairwells, and walkways clear, safe, and hazard-free.
Following site health and safety rules and wearing full PPE at all times.
Requirements
Valid CSCS Card (Green Labourer card or above essential).
Full PPE (Steel toe-cap boots, high-vis jacket/vest, hard hat, and safety gloves).
Previous general site labouring experience.
Hard-working, punctual, and available to start immediately today or tomorrow.
Physically fit and capable of manual handling.
Right to work in the UK.
Working Hours & Benefits

Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (45 paid hours per week).

Long-term ongoing work.
Weekly pay via CIS, Umbrella, or PAYE options.
