We are a well-established independent automotive garage in East Peckham looking for an experienced Service Advisor / Customer Service Advisor to join our growing team.

As a Service Advisor, you will be the key link between customers and the workshop, ensuring a smooth and professional service experience from booking through to vehicle collection.

Key responsibilities include:

• Booking vehicles in for servicing, MOTs, diagnostics and repairs
• Greeting customers and managing front-of-house reception
• Handling telephone and email enquiries professionally
• Keeping customers updated on progress and repair requirements
• Preparing job cards, estimates, and invoices
• Liaising with technicians and workshop staff
• Processing payments and completing service documentation
• Maintaining accurate customer and vehicle records
• Delivering excellent customer service at all times

• Automotive Service Advisor
• Aftersales Advisor
• Service Receptionist
• Automotive Receptionist
• Service Administrator
• Customer Service Advisor (motor trade or transferable experience)

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent organisational and administration ability
• Confident IT and computer skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, positive attitude

Motor trade experience is highly desirable but not essential for the right candidate with strong customer service skills.
