• Salary: £31,000 Basic + Performance Bonus
• Hours: Monday to Friday with Occasional Saturdays | Full-Time, Permanent

As the vital link between our customers and the workshop, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers, managing reception, and handling telephone/email enquiries.
• Booking vehicles in for servicing, MOTs, diagnostics, and repairs.
• Preparing job cards, estimates, and invoices while liaising with technicians.
• Keeping customers updated on vehicle progress and processing payments.

Experience as a Service Advisor, Aftersales Advisor, or Service Receptionist is highly desirable. Strong customer service, great communication, and solid IT skills are essential. Motor trade experience is a plus but not mandatory for the right candidate.
