As our Service Advisor
, you'll be the main point of contact between our customers and workshop team.

You'll play an important role in making sure every customer receives a professional, friendly and hassle-free experience – from booking their vehicle in through to collection.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Booking vehicles in for servicing, MOTs, diagnostics and repairs
• Welcoming customers and managing front-of-house reception
• Handling telephone and email enquiries
• Discussing vehicle requirements with customers
• Providing regular updates on vehicle progress
• Preparing job cards, estimates and invoices
• Liaising closely with technicians and workshop staff
• Authorising and coordinating additional repair work
• Processing payments and completing service documentation
• Maintaining accurate customer and vehicle records
• Providing outstanding customer service throughout the process

Previous motor trade experience is preferred, but we’re also happy to consider candidates from strong customer-service backgrounds who have the right attitude and transferable skills.
