Senior Architect – Building Regulation Principal Designer

A long established Kent based consultancy is seeking a Senior Project Architect with experience in the Building Regulation Principal Design role. The position involves working across a wide scope of projects including Education, Ecclesiastical, Commercial, Heritage and Retail.

Overview

The successful candidate will work from a social office alongside a team of experienced Designers and Consultants, ensuring Building Regulation compliance throughout all design stages.

Responsibilities

Ensure Building Regulation compliance across all design stages
Collaborate with designers and consultants on project delivery
Support and guide team members on regulatory matters

Qualifications

At least 8 years of experience post ARB registration
ARB, MCIAT, RIBA, MCABE or MCIOB membership required
Proficiency in ensuring Building Regulation compliance within designs
