Senior Architect – Building Regulation Principal Designer
A long established Kent based consultancy is seeking a Senior Project Architect with experience in the Building Regulation Principal Design role. The position involves working across a wide scope of projects including Education, Ecclesiastical, Commercial, Heritage and Retail.
OverviewThe successful candidate will work from a social office alongside a team of experienced Designers and Consultants, ensuring Building Regulation compliance throughout all design stages.
Responsibilities- Ensure Building Regulation compliance across all design stages
- Collaborate with designers and consultants on project delivery
- Support and guide team members on regulatory matters
- At least 8 years of experience post ARB registration
- ARB, MCIAT, RIBA, MCABE or MCIOB membership required
- Proficiency in ensuring Building Regulation compliance within designs
- Salary up to £70,000 per annum, negotiable based on experience
