Ethos Education is seeking a talented French specialist for a highly regarded Grammar school in the West Kent area. This is a maternity cover position starting in February 2026 with a potential leadership opportunity arising shortly after.

From March 2026 there is an opportunity for an experienced QTS French teacher to take on a TLR as the Maternity Head of French. This is an excellent chance to gain leadership experience in a high‑achieving academic setting.

There is no requirement to submit formal lesson plans and written reports are kept to a minimum to protect your time. Staff only undertake one twenty‑minute duty per week and free on‑site parking is available.
