As part of our in-house Instructor team, you’ll play a key role in delivering our library of CITB Site Safety Plus and IOSH Health & Safety training courses at our Tonbridge and Ashford training centres, and occasionally at client sites across the south of England.
You’ll join a close-knit team of friendly and like-minded instructors with a dedicated support team based at our Tonbridge headquarters. You’ll also have clear avenues for career growth and professional development.

Amongst other areas, you’ll be responsible for delivering:
- CITB Site Manager Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) Courses
- CITB Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS) Courses
- CITB Health & Safety Awareness (HSA) Courses
- CITB Temporary Works Co-ordinator Training Courses (TWCTC) – if applicable
- CITB Temporary Works Supervisor Training Courses (TWSTC) – if applicable
- IOSH Working Safely Courses
- IOSH Managing Safely Courses
This list is not exhaustive. You may be required to support additional projects and assist colleagues as needed to meet the evolving requirements of the business.

To be considered for this role, applicants must hold the following qualifications:
- A NEBOSH Health and Safety Management for Construction (UK), or equivalent.
- A formal teaching/training qualification, equivalent to a Level 3 Award in education and training (AET).
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an occupational construction management role.
- Clean UK driving licence & authority to work in the UK.
The following skills and abilities will go a long way in our consideration for you for the role:
- Proven delivery of accredited H&S training (e.g. CITB, IOSH) with strong knowledge of CDM Regulations and Risk Management
- Confident and engaging communication skills with effective classroom facilitation and learner assessment abilities
- Highly organised, professional, and committed to ongoing CPD
