Guardian Jobs is looking for an inspiring Head of Pre-Prep located in Tonbridge, England. This role involves leading a thriving Pre-Prep with approximately 200 pupils across various early stages of education. You will manage a dedicated team of over 35 staff, including the Deputy Head of Pre-Prep and teaching assistants, ensuring a nurturing environment while focusing on children's well-being.
Your responsibilities include monitoring children's progress and engaging with families, while participating in teaching to connect closely with pupils.
