We are seeking a dedicated English Teacher to join an excellent secondary school in Tonbridge from September 2026.

• Deliver high-quality English lessons up to KS5
• Plan and create engaging, curriculum-led lessons
• Inspire students to develop a passion for reading, writing, and communication
• Monitor student progress and provide targeted support
• Maintain strong classroom management and a positive learning environment
• Contribute to departmental planning and school initiatives
• Ensure safeguarding and promote pupil wellbeing

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching English in UK secondary schools
• Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
• Legal right to work in the UK
• Commitment to safeguarding and student development

• £135 to £200 per day (dependent on experience, training, and qualifications)
