Leigh Academy Mascalls in Paddock Wood is seeking a dedicated Cover Manager to coordinate daily staff cover across the academy and ensure consistent classroom support for pupils.
You may also deliver cover lessons, lead set work, and maintain a positive learning environment in line with academy policies, contributing to student progress.
The permanent post is 35 hours per week (Term Time + 1 inset), with a salary of £22,575–£24,496 per annum, depending on experience;
Monday to Friday 8am–3:30pm.
