Cover Manager

In this crucial role, you'll be responsible for managing the smooth allocation of daily cover for staff absences across the academy, ensuring our students consistently receive the support they need. You'll also have the opportunity to deliver cover lessons yourself, gaining valuable, direct classroom experience. This includes leading set work, fostering a positive learning environment, and responding to student needs, all while upholding academy policies.

This is a permanent position offering an actual salary of £22,575 - £24,496 pa (£27,747 - £30,108 full time equivalent), based on experience. This role is 35 hours per week, Term Time plus one week of inset. Monday to Friday, 8am-3:30pm.
