Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid working role for an Intermediate/Senior Mechanical Design Engineer, located in London or Kent. The role involves designing and developing mechanical systems, using computer-aided design (CAD) software for detailed modeling, and overseeing the execution of designs. Responsibilities also include conducting research and development projects, managing project timelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Mechanical Engineering Design principles
• Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and technical design tools
• Proficient self management timeline planning and resource allocation
• Experience in Research and Development (R&D) practices and innovative problem-solving
• Suitable qualification in Mechanical Design Engineering or a related field
• Excellent analytical and technical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
• Familiarity with applying industry standards and safety regulations
• Minimum of two years previous experience in MEP design roles
