Head of Finance

Reed finance Wolverhampton are pleased to be supporting our client to appoint a Head of Finance Are you a commercially minded finance professional looking to make a real impact within a growing organisation? We are working with a well-established company to join their leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of financial performance, manage a a finance team, and partner with senior stakeholders across the business.

The Role You will play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, supporting strategic decision-making, and driving operational excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading and developing a finance team Producing monthly financial reports and management information Analysing complex data from multiple sources Supporting budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities Partnering with operational leaders and senior stakeholders across the business Presenting financial insights and recommendations to support business performance Driving continuous improvements in reporting processes and financial controls Supporting a growing organisation through ongoing expansion and change About You Previous experience in a Head of Finance, Senior Finance Manager or similar leadership role Strong management and people leadership experience Advanced Excel skills and excellent analytical ability Experience producing management accounts and financial reporting The ability to interpret and present financial data to non-finance stakeholders A proactive and collaborative approach What's on Offer?
