As a vital member of our team, you will:

• Assist in dispensing medication under pharmacist supervision, maintaining accuracy and legal compliance.
• Offer exceptional customer service, ensuring all patients feel heard, supported, and valued.
• Contribute to the team by maintaining an organized, efficient workflow.
• Manage inventory, organising, stocking, and ensuring pharmaceutical integrity.
• Utilise computer systems for processing prescriptions, managing stock levels, and handling queries.
• Maintain a spotless and orderly pharmacy environment.

• A foundation of pharmacy knowledge, preferably an NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent experience.
• Exceptional customer service skills, displaying warmth, empathy, and patience.
• A keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and safety of all operations.
• Strong teamwork capabilities, thriving in a collaborative setting.
• Computer literacy, comfortable learning various pharmacy software.
• Outstanding communication traits, problem‑solving ability, and initiative to adapt quickly in a bustling environment.
