Position: Support Worker (Supported Living) / Full Training Provided

We are assisting a national supported living organisation to recruit for Support Workers in Hildenborough (Kent). These are great opportunities to start a career in social care as full training is offered.

Shifts are between 7:30am and 10:00pm, Monday to Sunday, including extended day shifts.

A full UK driving licence is essential for this role, and you must be willing to drive the service vehicles. No visa sponsorship is offered, so you must have full right to work.

Duties

* Support individuals with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks

* Assist in developing and implementing personalized care plans tailored to each individual’s needs and goals

* Encourage independence by promoting social activities and community engagement

* Maintain accurate records of support provided and any changes in the individual's condition
