Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an experienced HRBP to lead two critical people and HR projects on an interim basis. Operating within a fast-paced, complex commercial environment, you will drive two major initiatives: an organisation-wide change programme and the implementation of a competency framework, working directly with senior leaders.
You will manage consultations, advise on employment law and employee relations, and ensure processes are delivered fairly and compliantly.
