Fixed-Term (12 Months) An established and values-driven organisation is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join its HR team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive HR professional to provide expert advice and support across a broad range of employee relations and organisational change activities. Working within a collaborative HR function, you'll partner with managers across the business to deliver practical HR solutions, support organisational change programmes, and ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practice.

Key Responsibilities Provide professional HR advice and guidance to managers on employee relations matters, HR policies, procedures, and employment law. Support organisational change initiatives including restructures, redeployment, redundancy consultations, and TUPE processes. Coach and develop managers on performance management, absence management, capability, conduct, and conflict resolution. Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation and deliver effective people-focused solutions. Maintain accurate HR records and management information, producing reports as required.

Identify and mitigate potential people-related risks, providing practical recommendations to support decision-making. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the HR function. Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve wider HR and organisational objectives. About You CIPD qualified, studying towards qualification, or able to demonstrate equivalent HR experience. Minimum of three years' experience in a HR Advisor or generalist HR role. Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice.

Confident advising and influencing managers at all levels. Experienced in managing a varied employee relations caseload. Able to work independently whilst contributing positively to a team environment. Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced setting. Skills & Experience Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong organisational and administrative abilities. Ability to build credibility and develop positive working relationships.

High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Experience coaching and supporting managers on people matters.
