Logistics Operative - Full Time

Based at our Paddock Wood logistics hub in Kent (TN12 6UU
), which benefits from great transport links across the region, a short walk from the station or free parking onsite.

Contracted 5 over 7 days, the current working pattern is Monday to Friday between 7.30-3.30, with some flexibility required during peak trading season.

The role

As a Logistics Operative, you'll play a key role across a variety of warehouse functions, helping us deliver an exceptional experience for our customers.

  • Receiving and processing stock deliveries
  • Picking and packing retail, online, wholesale, and third-party orders
  • Inventory management and stock counting
  • Returns and reverse logistics processing
  • Quality control and product rework activities
  • Delivering against individual KPIs and team targets.
  • Maintaining excellent health, safety and housekeeping standards.
  • Supporting operational improvements and team initiatives
  • Working across multiple warehouse functions as part of our cross-training programme.
  • Be an ambassador for the brand and champion our Ann Summers values.

You'll be encouraged to develop new skills and gain experience across inbound, outbound, quality control, inventory, and reverse logistics operations.
