Location: Tonbridge Kent
Hours: Split Shift

Morning: 07 55 (with potential to extend until 1:00pm)

Afternoon: 15 15
Pay Rate: £15 £ 18 per hour (depending on experience)
Start Date: ASAP

About the Role

complete classroom services is seeking a reliable and proactive Premises Officer to support the day-to-day running of a school site. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the premises are safe, clean, secure, and well maintained for staff, students, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Opening and securing the premises

• General DIY and caretaker duties

• General caretaking and site supervision

• Carrying out cleaning, basic repairs, and maintenance tasks

• Health & safety checks and reporting hazards or faults

• Supporting contractors and deliveries where required

• Ensuring the site is well presented at all times

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous school experience in caretaking, premises, or facilities work (desirable)

• Good understanding of health & safety procedures

• Practical, hands-on approach to work

• Enhanced DBS on the update serivce or willing to apply for one

• Reliable, punctual, and flexible

• Able to work independently and as part of a team
