We are hiring immediately for a qualified Vehicle Technician / Car Mechanic to join our highly professional workshop team in Tonbridge. What is in it for you:- Salary: Exceptional basic salary from £35,000 to £42,000 (negotiable based on experience and qualifications) + rewarding monthly bonus schemes and paid overtime.
- Hours: Standard working week is Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:30 (with a full 1 hour for lunch).
- Saturdays: Kept to a minimum on a rotational basis, giving you a strong, predictable balance.

- Carrying out routine servicing, maintenance, and vehicle health checks to exceptional main dealer standards.
- Working on modern, premium alternative-fuel systems, performing diagnostics and repairs on advanced Electric & Hybrid vehicles.
- Utilizing modern diagnostic tools to accurately identify, fault-find, and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
- Recording faults clearly on the digital health check system and writing up job cards cleanly for warranty and retail purposes.
- Interacting with customers and team members in a professional, pleasant manner to gain clear insight into technical faults or symptoms.
