• Executing high-standard routine servicing, complex vehicle maintenance, and component overhauls to strict manufacturer specifications.
• Utilizing advanced factory-level diagnostic systems to accurately trace, map, and solve complex electrical and mechanical faults.
• Carrying out major mechanical repairs, including engine work, transmissions, high-end braking networks, and electronic suspension setups.
• Conducting detailed vehicle health checks and providing clear, professional feedback to the service front-of-house desk.
• Maintaining pristine workshop safety and clean-bay compliance standards.

• Qualifications: Level 3 NVQ / City & Guilds in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent portfolio of deep workshop experience).
• Experience: Proven, professional hands-on experience as a qualified Vehicle Technician or Car Mechanic inside a main dealer or highly structured independent specialist workshop.
• Skills: A strong diagnostic mind with a logical approach to electrical troubleshooting and modern vehicle networks.
• Mindset: A reliable, quality-focused professional who takes massive personal pride in fixed-right-first-time repairs and enjoys working efficiently within a high-performing team.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence.
