Role Overview

Registered Domiciliary & Supported Living Manager – Community Care Services in Tonbridge. This role involves overseeing a well‑established community care service that delivers approximately 800 care hours per week, supporting primarily elderly service users across both domiciliary care and supported living provisions.

• Oversee the day‑to‑day operations across domiciliary care and supported living services.
• Manage and maintain approximately 800 care hours per week.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, safeguarding and quality frameworks.
• Lead, supervise and develop the office and care teams.
• Maintain strong relationships with service users, families and professionals.
• Support service development and sustainable growth.
• Ensure high standards of person‑centred care are consistently delivered.

• Previous experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary or community care.
• Strong understanding of compliance, safeguarding and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience managing care hours and leading community‑based teams.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards).
• Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills.
• A proactive approach to maintaining quality and growing services.

Salary starting around £40,000 per annum. Established service delivering around 800 hours of care per week. Opportunity to oversee both domiciliary and supported living services within a supportive senior leadership structure. Start date expected around June/July.
