Fabricator, Manufacturing ​/ Production

Bridge Recruitment is helping one of our established clients recruit for a Pre-Fabricator to join their ever-expanding team.

Location: Tonbridge

Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 per year

Hours: Monday – Friday, 6.30am – 4pm

Job type: Full-time, permanent

• Preparation of raw materials, equipment & components
• Completing required quality checks, checking jobs against drawings
• Fettling galvanising gates before powder-coating
• Spray-painting
• Ensuring clean, tidy & safe working environment
• OTIFZD
• Following health & safety procedures
• Acting with integrity and honesty while looking out for other team members

• Practically minded, detail-focused individual to work in a fast-paced environment, accurately cutting and assembling steel components.
• Eager to learn, progress, and maintain high standards in a hands‑on role.
• Forklift Licence is essential.
• Teamwork:
  Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and supervisors in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to read CAD drawings.
• Highly accurate attention to detail.
• Practical mindset.
• Technical knowledge.
• Physically able.
