Production Planner

Our established client is seeking an experienced Production Planner.

Location:

Tonbridge, Kent

Salary: £35,000-£40,000 per annum

Hours:

8:30am-5:30pm (30-minute lunch break)

We are seeking an organised and proactive Production Planner to join a busy manufacturing environment in Tonbridge, Kent. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong planning, stock, administration, and logistics coordination skills to play a key role in ensuring efficient production flow and stock management.

• Production planning and scheduling using MRP systems
• Coordinating stock control and inventory accuracy
• Supporting logistics planning and materials flow
• General administration and reporting related to production activities
• Liaising with clients and internal departments to ensure smooth operations
• Maintaining accurate records using Word, Excel, and internal systems

• Previous experience in production planning, manufacturing admin, or similar role
• Working knowledge of MRP systems (SAGE)
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel (desirable SAGE)
• Experience with stock control and logistics coordination
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
