Production Operatives

Location: Hildenborough

We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a well-established company based in the Sandbach area, specialising in wiring and electrical panel building. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is confident using hand tools and has experience working in a hands-on, technical environment. You will be working alongside another team member to build electrical panels to precise specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting in the assembly and wiring of electrical control panels Working from technical drawings and specifications Using a variety of hand and power tools Building panels accurately to required standards Supporting a colleague to complete builds efficiently Maintaining a clean and organised workshop environment Requirements:
Experience using hand and power tools Good practical skills and attention to detail Ability to follow instructions and technical drawings Previous workshop, assembly, or panel building experience preferred Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team

Shifts:

Monday to Thursday 8am-5pm Friday 8am-2pm Pay Rate: £12.50ph The Best Connection is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
