Wet Casters - Immediate Start

Location:

Lound, Retford DN22 Barker Ross are recruiting for experienced Wet Casters to join a busy precast concrete manufacturing site based in Lound, Retford (DN22). This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing, full-time work with consistent hours and overtime available.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm Saturdays paid at time and a half (after 40 hours have been completed in the week)

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing and assembling moulds for concrete casting Pouring and finishing wet concrete to required specifications Vibrating, levelling, and smoothing concrete Stripping moulds and carrying out quality checks on finished products Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Requirements:
Previous experience in wet casting or precast concrete is essential Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Good understanding of health and safety procedures Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic This is a hands-on role suited to candidates with experience in concrete production who are looking for stable, long-term work.
