Are you an experienced Sheet Metal Worker looking to join a growing manufacturing business with a reputation for engineering excellence?

Our client is a specialist manufacturer supplying bespoke products to customers across the UK and internationally. Due to continued growth and investment, they are looking to recruit a skilled Sheet Metal Worker to join their established production team in Staplehurst.

Working within a modern manufacturing facility, you'll be responsible for producing high-quality sheet metal components to customer specifications, ensuring accuracy, quality and efficiency throughout the manufacturing process.

• Bending, forming, fabricating and finishing sheet metal components
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
• Deburring, drilling and carrying out general sheet metal duties
• Spot welding components where required
• Producing work to high quality standards and customer specifications
• Working safely within ISO 9001 quality procedures

• Previous experience in sheet metal fabrication or fine limit sheet metal work
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Experience with fabrication and sheet metal assemblies
• Competence in deburring, drilling and spot welding
• Experience working within an ISO 9001 manufacturing environment

• TIG welding experience
• LVD CNC press brake experience
• Power rollers or guillotine experience
