Production Operative

We’re currently looking for reliable and hardworking Production Operatives to join our busy team in Tonbridge. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment.

Please note due to the location being in a remote area your own transport is needed!

As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for:

• Working on a production line to prepare and package products.
• Maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene.
• Following health and safety procedures at all times.
• Supporting the wider production team to meet daily targets.
• Keeping your work area clean and organised.

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Reliability and punctuality.
• Previous production or factory experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
• Person with own transport
