Accommodation Support Available for Mainland Contractors

Join a Major Aerospace Manufacturing Programme

Morson Edge is currently recruiting experienced Skilled Fitters to support a prestigious aerospace manufacturing programme based on the Isle of Wight.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly skilled production team working on advanced aircraft structures and assemblies within a quality-driven aerospace environment.

Why Apply?
  • Accommodation allowance of up to £1,400 per month for mainland contractors
  • Ferry travel support
  • Long-term aerospace programme
  • Opportunity to work on advanced aircraft structures and assemblies
  • Well-established engineering environment
Additional Support for Mainland Contractors

We recognise that relocating or commuting to the Isle of Wight is a significant consideration.

To support contractors travelling from the mainland, the package includes:

  • Accommodation allowance of up to £1,400 gross per month
  • Monthly ferry reimbursement up to £100
  • Long-term contract providing greater earning stability
  • Overtime opportunities where available

For many contractors, the accommodation contribution significantly reduces the impact of working away from home while allowing them to gain experience on a major aerospace programme.
