Production Team Leader - Manufacturing

Location: Near Tonbridge

Salary: circa £28,000 per annum

Hours: 7:30am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday

Are you experienced in supervising production or warehouse teams, or are you ready to take the next step into a leadership role? Our client, a busy and successful manufacturing business, is hiring for a dedicated Production Team Leader to oversee a fast-paced production line.

• Leading and motivating a team to meet daily production targets
• Ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are maintained
• Coordinating daily operations and resolving any issues promptly
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintaining accurate production records and reporting

• Previous experience working on a production line or in a supervisory role within manufacturing or warehouse environments
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Flexibility to adapt to a busy production environment
• Multilingual skills are a bonus but not essential

• No formal qualifications required, but hands-on experience is key
