St Stephen's Tonbridge is seeking a full-time Youth Ministry Resource Hub Lead to shape youth ministry across the Diocese of Rochester and lead youth work in St Stephen's Parish. The role blends strategic leadership with active ministry, offering the chance to influence locally and diocesan-wide outreach and to inspire volunteers.
The role requires a vibrant Christian faith, experience leading 10–18-year-olds, and a collaborative approach to mission, safeguarding, and wellbeing.
