Registered Nurse – Part Time (12 Hour Night Shift) – £18.41 - £21.48 per hour depending on experience

We are looking for a Registered Nurse to support our residents, manage the unit and provide clinical leadership on a night shift. The role is part‑time, 12 hours per week, with a welcome bonus and paid breaks.

• Take responsibility for the well‑being of residents and meet their physical, emotional and social needs.
• Coach and guide staff, delivering formal and informal teaching programmes.
• Carry out assessments, develop and evaluate individualised care plans.
• Monitor work areas and practices to ensure safety and compliance with relevant policies, legislation and standards.
• Administer and order medication, review and evaluate individual care plans.
• Provide clinical guidance to the care team and support CQC tasks.
• Ensure effective communication and reporting of clinical issues to other team members and professionals.

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.
• Experience in managing a care unit and clinical duties in a care home setting.
• Knowledge of policy, standards and CQC requirements.
• Strong clinical guidance skills, critical thinking and self‑reliance, especially working alone at night.
• Excellent communication, reporting and hand‑over skills.
