We’re looking for a Client Care Advisor (CCA) to join our front-of-house team at our Priorly Lodge Practice in Tonbridge. If you’re the kind of person who greets pets by name, notices the details others might miss, and loves making people feel at ease, this could be your perfect fit.

As a CCA, you are the first smile and the lasting impression for our clients – making every interaction welcoming, smooth, and memorable.

You’ll:

• Greet clients warmly (two- and four-legged).
• Handle phones, emails, and web chats with friendliness and confidence.
• Book appointments, surgeries, and follow-ups with accuracy and care.
• Personalise visits – and show empathy in sometimes challenging circumstances
• Manage payments with clarity and kindness.
• Keep records accurate and up to date.
• Work hand-in-hand with our vets and nurses to keep the day flowing.
• Spot opportunities to surprise and delight — small touches that turn routine visits into special experiences.
• Ensure reception is calm, welcoming, and pet-friendly at all times.

• A people person who loves animals just as much.
• A clear communicator who makes things simple and warm.
• Organised and adaptable — you can juggle pets, clients, and paperwork with ease.
• Hospitality-minded — you anticipate needs, solve problems quickly, and care about the details.
• Comfortable with tech (scheduling software, emails, apps).
