Topps Tiles in Tonbridge is looking for a Sales Assistant (Service Specialist) to help customers visualise their projects, ask the right questions and guide them to the best products. The role is 10 hours per week, with some weekend work, and pays an hourly rate with personal sales commission.
You don’t need prior tile knowledge or retail experience. If you’re outgoing and energetic, you’ll receive full training in our simple, customer-first sales framework and develop real sales confidence
