You'll play a key role in expanding Bond Solon's reach by building genuine professional connections, identifying opportunities through referrals, industry networks and partnerships, and introducing our market-leading training solutions to new audiences. You'll have the freedom to build your own network, create opportunities and establish yourself as a trusted contact within the sectors we serve. Your ability to build relationships, spot commercial opportunities and connect the right people with the right solutions will directly contribute to Bond Solon's continued success as the market leader in expert witness training and professional support.

Job purpose, tasks and responsibilities In this consultative 360-degree sales role, you'll help drive revenue growth by introducing Bond Solon's market-leading expert witness training programmes to new and existing customers. You'll partner with individual experts and professional organisations, taking the time to understand their goals, challenges and development needs before recommending tailored learning solutions that genuinely add value. You will be responsible for:
• Building new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, referrals, relationship building and professional engagement.
• Owning the full customer journey, from initial conversations and discovery through to solution recommendation, negotiation and closing.
• Developing trusted relationships with professional experts, senior stakeholders and key decision-makers across a range of industries.
• Growing existing accounts by identifying opportunities to introduce additional training and development solutions.
