• Oversee a team of cleaners, ensuring all areas meet cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Manage cleaning schedules, adjust workloads and coordinate shifts.
• Recruit, train and support staff to maintain high performance standards.
• Inspect work, approve output, and ensure equipment is in top condition.
• Maintain stock levels, manage health and safety guidelines, enforce PPE use.
• Act as point of contact for maintenance issues and report incidents.
• Safely secure the building at the end of each shift.
• Attend regular training sessions and team meetings.

• Operate 7‑days a week, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Cover a variety of cleaning shifts – day and evening – starting at 09:00, 18:00 or later.
