- Are you an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver looking for a new opportunity with excellent rates of pay and ongoing work? We are currently recruiting FLT Counterbalance Operatives to join a busy warehouse and distribution operation in Wolverton, Milton Keynes. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team within a well-established environment offering full-time hours and regular overtime opportunities.

The Role as an FLT Counterbalance Operative, your duties will include:
Operating a Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently Loading and unloading vehicles Moving stock throughout the warehouse and yard areas Supporting goods-in and goods-out operations Accurately storing and retrieving stock Assisting with general warehouse duties when required Following all site health and safety procedures What We're Looking For Valid and in-date Counterbalance FLT Licence Previous FLT Counterbalance experience Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment Good attention to detail Reliable and punctual approach to work Flexibility to support operational requirements Ability to work effectively as part of a team Shift Patterns 06:00 - 14:00 or 08:00 - 16:00 Monday to Friday Flexibility is required as occasional Saturday working may be required 14:00 - 22:00 Monday to Friday Pay Rates AM Shift (06:00 - 14:00 / 08:00 - 16:00): £15.23 per hour PM Shift (14:00 - 22:00): £15.63 per hour Overtime: £22.85 per hour Benefits Weekly pay Immediate starts available Full-time ongoing work Competitive pay rates Overtime opportunities Friendly and supportive team environment On-site parking Opportunity for long-term employment Call our office on and speak directly to our recruitment team to discuss the role and arrange registration.
