SEN Support– (September Start!)

Location:Tonypandy

Salary:From £92.63 per day (depending on experience)

Teaching Personnel are thrilled to be supporting the launch of a
brand new Special Educational Needs (SEN) school
in Tonypandy, opening this September. This is a unique opportunity to
join a team
and help shape a school environment from the ground up.

We are working in close partnership with the school to recruit
passionate, committed, and caring individuals
who are eager to make a meaningful difference in young people’s lives.

Who We’re Looking For:

We welcome applications from individuals at all stages of their career, including:

  • Experienced SEN professionals looking for their next challenge
  • Teaching Assistants or support staff with transferable skills
  • Individuals new to education who are eager to learn and develop within SEN

If you are compassionate, proactive, and motivated to support children with additional learning needs, we want to hear from you.

About the Roles:

You will be part of a
supportive, inclusive, and forward-thinking school community
, working with pupils who have a range of additional learning needs.

Available roles include:
  • SEN Teaching Assistants
  • Behaviour Support Assistants
  • 1:1 Support Workers
  • General Classroom Support Staff

Your responsibilities may include supporting pupils’ learning, promoting positive behaviour, encouraging social development, and helping to create a safe, engaging learning environment.
