BRC are recruiting for a Mental Health Case Worker to join a supported accommodation service in the Rhondda Cynon Taf area (Llwynypia).

This service provides 24-hour support to adults with complex needs, including mental health challenges and tenancy-related support.

As a Mental Health Case Worker, your aim is to assist individuals develop the skills and confidence needed to move on to independent living.

• Providing one-to-one support to residents with complex needs
• Supporting individuals to manage their tenancy and daily living skills
• Completing support plans, risk assessments, and case notes
• Promoting independence and positive outcomes
• Working independently in a lone working environment

• 24 hour sleep in shifts (08:00 – 23:00 (sleep)- 08:30)
• Includes weekends and bank holidays

• Previous experience within supported housing or related services
• Strong understanding of complex needs
• Ability to work independently and confidently as a lone worker
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
