Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Job Summary The Clinical Supervisor is a licensed clinician who provides supervision, orientation, and training to clinicians, ensuring high‑quality, evidence‑based care, operational and fiscal support, and compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise a clinical team and provide clinical direction, training, and consultation.
- Facilitate team supervision meetings.
- Ensure orientation and training objectives are completed on time.
- Oversee quality care delivery and compliance with accreditation, payer, and organizational standards.
- Enforce documentation policies for all treatment phases.
- Monitor and report clinical outcomes and action plans.
- Ensure clinical staff receive relevant training in partnership with the Director of Clinical Training.
- Collaborate with program leadership to meet operational and financial goals.
- Conduct assessments, develop personalized care plans, and provide therapy and crisis support.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on clinical aspects of treatment.
- Meet direct care expectations for assigned clients.
- Provide individual clinical supervision to under‑licensed therapists meeting licensure criteria.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to maintain licensure and agency requirements.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in social work, behavior analysis, or related field.
- Two years of behavioral health experience with a full license.
- CMHC, LCSW, or LMFT license in the state of practice.
- Valley‑provided certifications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous clinical training or supervisory experience.
