• Conduct individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches.
• Collaborate closely with clients to actively involve them in the treatment planning process, fostering a sense of ownership and empowerment in their own mental health journey.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, ensuring regular updates as necessary.
• Maintain a client caseload, with availability for a minimum of 15 face‑to‑face client hours per week to ensure continuity of care and support for individuals seeking mental health services.
• Attend regular staff meetings and trainings to stay updated on best practices and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Mental Health Therapist.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
