Tooele Motor Company is looking for an experienced, high performing, and innovative individual for the position of Used Vehicle Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and developing used vehicle sales and maximize the profitability of the used vehicle department. Our Vision Statement, "To be so effective that we are able to be helpful to others" is paramount in this position.

• Develop and execute strategies to acquire and sell used vehicles in a profitable manner
• Manage and maintain used vehicle inventory to ensure adequate supply and proper pricing
• Monitor market trends and adjust inventory and pricing accordingly
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other industry professionals
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to the sales of used vehicles
• Train sales staff to ensure they have the proper skills to present and sell used vehicles effectively
• Other duties assigned by General Manager

• Dealership management experience
• Can use Vauto to its fullest capacity (stocking, appraising, market pricing, merchandising, etc)
• Familiar with auctions (in-person and online)
• Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
• Clean driving record
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
• Pay depends on experience
