Pediatric FT/PT Night RN/LPN with Sign On Bonus

Harmony Home Health and Hospice, LLC. is hiring full‑time and part‑time pediatric home health nurses in Tooele, UT. The role is primarily night and weekend shifts (10:00 pm‑6:00 am). A sign‑on bonus is available for RN and LPN applicants.

• Work under the supervision of a Pediatric RN Case Manager.
• Provide direct patient care in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and agency policies.
• Carry out the plan of care.
• Educate and counsel patients, families and caregivers on medication, treatment regimens and self‑care techniques.
• Complete and submit necessary documentation as per Harmony policy and applicable regulations.
• Evaluate outcomes of care and report changes in client needs to physicians and staff.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality.
• Demonstrate effective time management and organizational skills.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing is required.
• Current Utah RN or LPN license.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Reliable automobile and valid driver’s license.
• Completion of a criminal background check and drug screen upon hire.
• Current TB test, CPR card, driver’s license and automobile insurance.
