As a Merchandiser Retail Coverage II - Walmart - PRIMARY at Acosta, you’ll ensure Acosta’s client brands stand out at Walmart stores by driving product availability. Your efforts executing retail merchandising activities will connect customers with the brands they love in one of the largest retailers in the world.

• You’ll merchandise brands you know and love in a variety of categories.
• Variety in your job tasks.
• Health plan options including no‑copay telemedicine, regardless of hours worked.

• Schedule work may be Sunday through Saturday, depending on location requirements.
• Full‑Time:
  Flexible schedule, at least 5 days a week (Friday required).
• Part‑Time:
  Flexible schedule, 2‑4 days (Friday required).
• Work between 6am‑9am, 6am‑6pm (no evenings).
• Locate merchandise in the backroom, stock and pack products.
• Arrange products on the shelf.
• Receive and transport coupons and signage material to store.
• Use company‑issued mobile device to complete work while navigating multiple applications.
• Answer simple step‑by‑step questions within Acosta’s field technology on the device.
• Take photos of completed work to demonstrate success.
• Represent Acosta and clients in Walmart stores.
• Partner with Walmart store management and associates to complete tasks.
• Collaborate with direct manager via email, phone, and text.

• Own your store(s) as the face of Acosta.
• Work independently while being an extension of the Walmart family.
• Communicate effectively with store associates, managers, and Acosta team members.
• Leverage support and share best practices with Walmart team nationwide.
• Contact direct manager for challenges in store.
• Complete work within the provided timeframe.
• Follow detailed instructions closely.
• Provide accurate data and photos per instructions.
• Report work on the same day it is completed.

• Reliable transportation to reach multiple retail locations on a daily schedule.
