Premium operates wireless locations in over 1,300 Walmart Supercenter outlets, supported by a dedicated sales team of 3,200+ brand representatives. As a Premium Wireless Sales Professional you will connect shoppers with the wireless products & solutions they want, closing sales through hustle, creativity, and problem‑solving. We are hiring now!

• Meet or exceed sales goals by executing new phone sales, upgrades, and accessory bundling.
• Proactively initiate conversations with Walmart customers.
• Explain wireless solutions to buyers in simple, easy‑to‑understand terms.
• Recommend personalized product baskets to buyers.
• Teach shoppers how to enjoy new products through successful setup and activation.
• Maintain planogram displays fully stocked and in flawless condition.

• High‑energy personality with a natural ability to engage shoppers.
• Resilience and resourcefulness in intercepting customers in a high‑traffic environment.
• Motivation to excel in an uncapped commission sales role.
• Commitment to delivering fantastic service and acting with integrity.
• Ability to stand/move around for 8–10 hour shifts.
• Flexibility to work during peak times, including weekends, evenings, and most holidays.
• Prior sales experience or existing knowledge of the wireless category is not mandatory; training will be provided.
