Sales and Scheduling Executive

About Us:

Tooele Valley Pumping is a service based company that specializes in septic pumping, installation, septic design and portable toilets. We are committed to providing exceptional service to our commercial and residential customers. We are currently seeking a motivated, results-driven, representative to drive new business and grow existing customer relationships. The Sales & Dispatch manager is responsible for converting leads into sales, delivering excellent customer service, managing incoming customer requests, scheduling routes, and coordinating field crews.

This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and solid understanding of customer service.

• Respond to and follow up on sales and leads
• Convert inquiries into booked jobs and closed sales
• Identify upsell opportunities
• Respond to new customer questions by phone, email and texts
• Handle customer questions, reschedules and service issues
• Provide accurate quotes for related jobs
• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into scheduled work
• Create and manage daily service schedules and routes
• Communicate clearly with field technicians regarding jobs.
• Monitor field operations and adjust schedules as needed

What we are looking for:

• Sales experience preferred
• Effective communication skills (verbally and written through emails and texts)
• Detail oriented and highly organized.
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to learn a new software to coordinate schedules
• Familiar with google workplace applications (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, etc)
• Familiar with Quickbooks
