Qualification

Summary:

The appropriate candidate for the Lead Technician/Handyman position will be proficient in miscellaneous around‑the‑house type repairs like carpentry, basic plumbing, drywall, painting, and basic electrical. Candidates do not need to be licensed tradesmen, but those who are licensed are welcome to apply.

Qualified candidates will need a driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and standard tools. Candidates must also be legal citizens of the US, and speak fluent English.

Compensation: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour.
