1. As a Featured Company, your Logo is prominently displayed (rotated with other Featured Companies) on the right side of the jobsite Homepage next to your company name, with a link to your company profile page which contains a summary table with links to all of your job postings. This exposure increases the number of views your company and job postings receive, and in turn, it greatly increases your chances of finding highly qualified candidates.
2. Your Top Jobs, which are Featured Job Placements (Sponsored Postings), are prominently displayed in central strategic areas of their respective location, employment categories, and specializations' job lists. The "Top Jobs / Sponsored Listings" table is displayed above the list of regular job postings. A Top Job posting is randomly displayed with up to 15 other Top Jobs (on each page refresh), and therefore receives much greater national and / or international exposure than regular job postings (which appear further down the lists in their respective categories and location pages). The greater exposure of Top Job Placements brings more views in turn, and greatly increases your chances of finding highly qualified candidates.
3. Each Top Job is importantly prominently displayed (with Green Job Titles) in the first displayed (highest) table of jobs in their respective markets (your two selected employment categories, up to 4 selected specializations, and your selected job location markets for your country, state or main city area). Top Jobs therefore receive much greater exposure in the markets where qualified candidates are searching. This optimal exposure to your immediate target markets results in more qualified candidate views in turn.
4. As a Featured Company, you can also make much more regular job postings as indicated in the Job Plan table above. You can also view the contact details of a large number of additional Resumes / CVs, which increases your likelihood of finding highly qualified candidates.
5. Featured Companies, as well as Standard Plan holders, can also choose to receive Resume Mail alerts, where Resumes that match your job specifications will automatically be sent to your own email address for review on a daily or weekly basis. This service is not available to Featured Companies on a Link Plan.
6. Link Plans enable you to receive applications via your own Website Address Application Form. The interested reader will request the application page address from your job posting, and follow the link through to your site's application form page.

Providing an XML feed is the fastest way to post your jobs on Learn4Good.com. Post jobs daily or weekly in Bulk by submitting an XML formatted file that contains all of your job postings that follow our XML requirements.
