Brief Description As a Cards & Coins Clerk
, you will support the department by sorting mail, processing client materials, preparing bounce-back cards, handling petitions, and removing glue from coins received through the mail. You will ensure all items are organized, documented, and distributed accurately according to client requirements while maintaining strong attention to detail and consistent workflow.

Your Impact
  • Sort and prepare outgoing mail, packages, cards, petitions, and materials according to detailed client requirements
  • Remove glue and residue from coins received through the mail, ensuring they are cleaned, sorted, and processed accurately
  • Organize, classify, and label cards based on design, signatures, personal messages, and client specifications
  • Accurately process bounce‑back cards, petitions, and BRM mail, including bundling, labeling, and preparing trays for USPS credit
  • Maintain a clean, organized workflow while meeting production goals and supporting overall department efficiency
  • Assist other departments as needed during periods of high volume or fluctuating mail
