Location: Cable Dahmer of Topeka
Pay Rate: $19-$30 / Hour

As a Mid-Level Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles. This role is ideal for technicians who have experience performing routine maintenance and complex repairs and are looking to grow their skills in a professional shop environment.

• Perform inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on various vehicle systems, including brakes, suspension, electrical, and engine components.
• Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, and alignments.
• Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot vehicle issues and recommend necessary repairs.
• Follow manufacturer guidelines and company standards for all repairs and maintenance services.
• Maintain accurate repair records and document all work performed.
• Work collaboratively with team members and service advisors to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure a clean and organized workspace while following all safety procedures.

• 2–5 years of hands‑on automotive repair experience.
• ASE certifications or manufacturer‑specific training preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and repair equipment.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license.
